Our goal is to ensure that all customers, no matter where they live, can get their orders as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.Our last-mile team is looking for a dynamic, autonomous, and well-organized Account Manager for the HubDP program, who will be responsible for recruiting and managing a pool of local stores, as well as the relationship with several other stakeholders (as DS Op, CO, SnOP, etc). This is an opportunity to be part of a new and quickly growing environment that is focused on improving the delivery experience for our customers, mainly in Rural areas of Spain.Key job responsibilitiesBuild relationships with HubDP store owners and cultivate trust among community leaders.Provide lifecycle management and operational support for on-boarded stores.Support your team in daily management of operations, including monitoring performance, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and dealing with ambiguity.Be obsessed with metrics and dive deep to find root causes quickly, to drive improvements.Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality (i.e., contingency plans for late truck volume).Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business and technical audiences.Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.Continuously utilize software and hardware tools to ensure normal day-to-day operations.Ensure supervisors have proper tools to perform the job and coordinate repair or replacement when needed.Communicate daily metrics and manage escalations.Work closely with Operations and CO team, ensuring regular communications.Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel to visit HubDP Stores/Delivery Stations (regional level). (Frequency will vary)You are willing to work in a non-traditional shift pattern which may include weekends.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degreeRelevant experience in logisticsRelevant experience in analyzing data to measure/optimize performance, with a high bar for accuracy and detail.Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environmentAdvanced proficiency in written and verbal Spanish and EnglishRelevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers, cross-functional teams, and leadershipRelevant experience in meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities, and working independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.Relevant experience in connecting with partners and building relationshipsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSRelevant experience in managing peopleRelevant experience in identifying problems and building scalable processes to fix them.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
