Overview: We are seeking a creative, bold and impactful leader to partner with our Talent Acquisition teams. The Sr. Program Manager, DEI Recruiting will serve as a critical and integral role in driving our strategy & advocacy in partnership with our recruiting teams. As the Sr. Program Manager, you will report to our Director, DEI Recruiting and work with them in partnership with a cross-functional team to develop and scale the plan for our work ahead. What You Will Lead: In this role, you will be focused on supporting the overall DEI strategy into hiring within TA and to support the growth and success of our diverse workforce across the organization:
Drive the design and delivery of programs to provide participants with a meaningful experience, resulting in attracting and converting top talent.
With key partnerships with People Operations, Recruitment, Employer Brand, People Business Partners, and senior leadership, you will assess opportunities, provide data-driven insights to inform actions, and work to drive meaningful change.
Effectively leverage data to track key program performance indicators, identify trends, and ensure projects and programs align to company priorities.
Serve as a change agent, leading the organization forward as opportunities for innovation in emerging talent programs develop.
Collaborate with, and influence, internal cross-functional partners to operationalize, scale, and execute our emerging talent programs.
Serve as a champion, thought leader and bridge for strategically and intentionally connecting our DEI strategy with our Gartner community.
Regularly analyze DEI metrics and present findings and recommendations.
What You Will Need: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in program management, diversity, and inclusion, and/or recruiting with a focus on increasing representation in a company/organization.
Clear demonstration of driving results and having an impact in your work by applying an equity lens to day to day work; experience working and co-creating with members of Underrepresented Groups.
Ability to build influential and real relationships, internally and externally while also leading and driving impactful change.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration both internally and externally.
Experience in creating, cultivating, and managing partnerships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, resilient and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Consultative skills to innovate/help internal clients change the lens on how we recruit.
