We're looking for someone with a solid digital media background in Programmatic, Paid Search, and Paid Social looking to move into a strategy and leadership focused role. More important than channel expertise, however, is the ability to manage a team who work across several clients in Spain. Our team strategizes with the full PHD media team, plans the channel specific activity, optimizes it, and reports on the results. Of course, they also talk to clients, explaining the why's and how's and all the bits that go along with managing complex,multi-national digital media campaigns.The Head of Programmatic and PPC will have four major areas of focus:Senior client relationship management and search/social strategy development on key accountsDirect team managementIntegration with the PHD client teams (channels beyond programmatic, search and social)New business development, including upsells on current clientsThis role will report to the PHD Digital Director. This is an incredible opportunity for an individual with a strong digital background to work on a variety of high-end clients committed to Programmatic, Search, and Social as a driver of their business, and to join one of the largest global media agencies doing award-winning work on a daily basis.Qualifications:Experience in Programmatic, paid search (PPC / Search Engine Marketing), and Paid Social at either a digital agency or client-side.Strong account management experience in other media channels will be considered.Strong background in programmatic and good understanding of DSPs.High EQ (emotional IQ).Be resilient and resourceful.Have polished presentation and communication skills.Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once.Possess general knowledge of direct and brand marketing principles and strategies.Strong spoken and written English.
