Superior HSE certification required Coty, a multinational company, is looking for an HSE & Facilities Manager for its new Hub in Barcelona (22@).
RESPONSIBILITIESAs our HSE & Site Facilities Manager, you are responsible for the HSE & Facilities tasks in the newly opening Planning HUB in Barcelona with the following responsibilities:
Your main focus:HSE: Promote and implement legal and global HSE policies and procedures. Ensure the company complies with country legislation and the right resources are in place. Develop and monitor objectives and targets to comply with legal requirements and ensure continuous improvements in HSE systems and reports.Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.Conduct, monitor, and update the HSE Plan to include all site HSE actions and ensure tracking and completion processes are in place.Prepare the emergency plan, ensuring it is up to date and all teams are trained and fully operational. Coordinate emergency drills as required.Resolve HSE-related problems as they occur. Coordinate necessary actions with the external HSE service.Prepare necessary HSE documentation and ensure safety records are kept for audit purposes.Schedule and lead internal and external audits in compliance with Spanish law and with the Coty HSE 6 Key Element Management Program.Provide general training and information at all levels.Ensure appropriate health initiatives and health surveillance are in place for all employees, including periodical check-ups.Accident investigation and ensuring all contractors comply with relevant Health and Safety Legislation.Management of purchase and delivery of PPEs as required.Attend management meetings to provide feedback on HSE performance and related issues.Member of the HSE committee. Ensure the site complies with Coty specific HSE standards and systems.FACILITIESCoordinate and plan the proper execution of office facilities general maintenance.Ensure the proper performance of contracted services, managing both those directly provided and subcontracted by the company.Monitor compliance with the technical specifications defined in maintenance contracts.Budget and billing control.Plan and coordinate the material resources necessary for the proper functioning of office maintenance and services.Manage the resolution of office incidents.Maintenance/follow-up of the workstation/space reservation system.Working for Coty means being part of one of the world's largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care.
