Hris & Project Management Trainee |

The People Technology and Project Management trainee will assist in supporting the HR team. This role involves contributing to projects and managing them, following direction, and aiding in the evaluation of systems to support the Human Resources department's short and long-term goals. The trainee will collaborate with various levels of the People & Culture Human Resources organization globally and gain exposure to senior leadership. Responsibilities include helping to identify system gaps, contributing to the development of system roadmaps, and supporting system efficiencies. The trainee will also assist in the projects in which the People & Technology Team is involved.
