We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and People Analytics team as an intern. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR systems and data analysis while supporting projects that impact our global organization.
Key Responsibilities Data Management Support and Report GenerationAssist in analyzing and updating HR-related data in systems.Help generate and prepare routine reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover, hiring trends).Contribute to the creation of presentations for HR teams based on analyzed data.HRIS System Support and Process ImprovementLearn and assist with basic configurations in HR systems, ensuring they meet user needs.Support documentation of current HR processes and suggest potential improvements based on data findings.Participate in team meetings to gain exposure to system enhancement discussions.Gain insights into HR operations, HRIS platforms, and data analytics tools such as SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI and Excel.Who are you Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.Skills & Knowledge:Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Interest in learning HR systems and analytics platforms.Fluent in English.What do we offer Financial Aid and free lunch.Being part of Grifols means the opportunity to work in an internationally oriented environment where equal opportunities are promoted.
