What you will do Support the day-to-day operation of our HRIS , including data entry, system maintenance, and user support.
Assist with the management and updating of employee records and ensure data accuracy and consistency .
Respond to internal user inquiries , troubleshoot basic system issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HR processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Help prepare and generate HR reports to support decision-making.
Participate in HR Campaigns by supporting the HR teams.
Provide support for system audits and ensure data compliance with company policies and regulations.
What we're looking for A passion for HR technology and a desire to grow in the field of HRIS .
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Some experience or internships in HR or HRIS systems.
Strong verbal and written English skills (B2 proficiency level).
Strong active listening skills and attention to detail with excellent customer service skills.
Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for working with data.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in Office 365 and Power BI.
