The travel industry is dynamic, exciting, and adaptable with many interesting opportunities to explore.The JobAs part of the global HR team, this role is responsible for supporting the HRIS and Analytics Centre of Excellence through optimising the Workday HRIS solution. Reporting to the Head of HRIS, the HRIS Analyst will support the planning and implementation of HRIS strategy and develop HR solutions as per business requirements.Key highlights of the role include:HRISExpert knowledge in handling Workday modules in areas like Core HCM, Time Offs, Absence Management, Core Compensation, Business Processes.Provide support to the HRIS team to configure and rollout annual Workday processes like Performance & Talent Management, Compensation Reviews, Benefits Management.Understanding, documenting, and delivering solutions as per business requirements for modules like Expense Management and Time Tracking.Develop and implement custom reports, calculated fields, custom validations, business processes, and security enhancements to align with business requirements.Stay up to date regarding Workday releases and updates, assessing their impact on existing configurations and recommending adjustments as necessary.Troubleshooting pain points and identifying areas of improvement to aid better data accuracy in the system.Investigate and research solutions to various requests from the business using Workday Community.Conduct system training sessions for line managers and the HR team on a regular basis.Provide 2nd level support (HRM help desk inbox/support calls) and ensure that user problems are identified, prioritized, researched, and resolved. Analyze help desk enquiries to identify recurring user problems and recommend solutions to improve HRIS processes.Promote HRIS activities and development through regular communication updates. Aid HRIS/Workday release management communication and support training documentation updates as and when needed.AnalyticsSupport decision making by analysing metrics, building HR dashboards, and reporting on HR KPIs.Developing reports based on business needs.Candidates need to have:Ideally 5 years' + functional Workday experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Work accurately, in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to a global workforce.An independent worker, who can triage and escalate requests as required.Proven experience in driving global projects and processes.Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify systemic versus end-user issues and resolve or escalate as needed.Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities; able to thrive under pressure
