BARCELONA (HYBRID)

Important pharmaceutical laboratory is looking to incorporate a HR Transformation & Talent Head located in Barcelona (Hybrid). Role & Responsibilities: Cultural Transformation: Lead initiatives for cultural transformation, fostering inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance. Develop and implement cultural change strategies, including the introduction of a Leadership Model, change management tactics, workshop facilitation, and communication efforts.Agile Leadership: Advocate for the adoption and scaling of agile methodologies, particularly the OKR approach, throughout the organization. Provide training and coaching to teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and collaborate with leadership to foster an agile mindset and remove impediments.Talent Management: Develop and execute talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain a diverse and high-performing workforce. Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, talent development programs, and performance management systems.Diversity and Inclusion: Lead the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies to cultivate an inclusive culture and increase workforce diversity. Create and implement programs to promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment, retention, and career development.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, leadership, and external partners. Facilitate diversity and inclusion training and awareness programs.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field. Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field preferred.Proven experience leading cultural transformation, agile methodologies, talent management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives in a large organization.Experience in OKR implementation.Fluency in English and Spanish required.Minimum of 10 years' experience in human resources in multinational companies.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work closely with diverse groups.Deep understanding of change management principles and agile methodologies.Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and trends.Competencies: Leadership skillsCommunication skillsInfluence & ImpactResults orientedDriveTeam playerInnovation and creativityEmpathy
