What will my functions be? As an intern in the Training and Development area, you will be a key player in building talent within our company. Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaboration in the Design and Management of the Training Plan: You will actively participate in the creation, implementation and administration of the training plan, ensuring that it is adapted to both the needs of the professionals and the objectives of the business.
Support in the Communication and Organisation of Training Initiatives: You will play an essential role in the planning and coordination of training. This includes managing invitations, monitoring attendance, sending reminders, preparing training materials and the necessary documentation.
Organisation of Corporate Events: You will contribute to the organisation of corporate events, helping to make each one a memorable and successful experience.
Monitoring Training Indicators: You will be responsible for monitoring key indicators of training initiatives, such as satisfaction and quality of activities, to ensure maximum efficiency and results.

RequirementsWhat should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member? You are studying last year of Bacherlor's Degree (Psychology, Business Administration or related) or finishing HR Masters.You have the possibility of signing an agreement with a university, school or study center.You are fluent in English.You are used to an international environment or would like to explore it.
