The Successful Applicant A successful Head of Training & Development should have:
A strong educational background.Proven experience in a similar senior training and development role focused on the development of large sales departments.Strong background related to the insurance space and industry, having acquired a relevant track record creating processes from scratch.Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.In-depth knowledge of IA and digitalization platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
