About the roleAre you passionate about nurturing talent and ensuring a seamless HR experience? Reckitt is searching for an HR Trainee. You'll be responsible for supporting the HR Team and providing hands-on support in specific functions within the company such as People Operations & Training.
Your responsibilitiesPeople OperationsPrepare HR documents and correspondenceSupport the Global Payroll team by transferring information, documents, and local inquiries for payroll preparation and paymentProcessing reportsDealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and proceduresOther ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project workTrainingSupport in the different procedures of the designed training plan for the organization: ensure the trainings have place in the right moment, contact with providers, manage FORCEM, agendas, event facilities etc.The experience we're looking forDegree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration or similarHigh English level requiredResults oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivatingTenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstaclesAbility to think outside the boxAbility to work autonomously and as a teamThe skills for successHR Process Improvement, Process management, HR Data Analysis, Data management, Employee data management, Operational Excellence, Commercial acumen, Solutioning.
