About the role Are you passionate about nurturing talent and ensuring a seamless HR experience?
Reckitt is searching for an HR Trainee.
You'll be responsible for supporting HR Team and providing hands-on in specific functions within the company such as People Operations & Training.
Your responsibilities People Operations •        Prepare HR documents and correspondence •        Support the Global Payroll team by transferring information, documents, and local inquiries for payroll preparation and payment •        Processing reports •        Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures •        Other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work Training: •        Support in the different procedures of the designed training plan for the organization: ensure the trainings have place in the right moment, contact with providers, manage FORCEM, agendas, event facilities etc.
The experience we're looking for •        Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration or similar •        High English level required •        Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating •        Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles •        Ability to think outside the box •        Ability to work autonomously and as a team The skills for success HR Process Improvement, Process management, HR Process improvement, Strategic mindset, HR Data Analsyis, Data management, Employee data management, Operational Excellence, Commercial acumen, Solutioning.
