What do we offer? We are looking for a People Trainee to perform various administrative tasks and support our People team's daily activities.. If you're interested in kickstarting your career in HR/People and getting a closer look of how our company approaches recruitment and others part of the employee experience.
What will you do? Screening and evaluation of applications. Independent and active search for the best talents for our team. Pre-selecting applicants and conducting first recruiting interviews. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) Experience as a recruiter or similar junior HR role is a plus Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases Experience with MS Office Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting Godd knowledge of labor legislation Organizational skills BSc in Labor Relations or other HR relative studies (we must be able to sign a traineeship agreement with your colleague/university) Traineeship agreement.
