Hr Supervisor

1.The initialization and establishment of the team, including but not limited to the office facility configuration, manpower recruitment, etc.
2.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and support the shared services function.
3.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers on all HR-related matters, providing strategic guidance and support.
4.Employee attendance data maintenance and salary calculation
5.Manage the HR team within the shared services function, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
6.Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
7.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
8.Lead employee relations efforts, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

HR Management: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:
