The incumbent of this position will be part of the HR Admin team. The department is mainly responsible for all the tasks related to our employee's lifecycle, from an administration point of view, such as on-boarding, hiring, calculating payroll, compensation and benefits processes, etc. The HR Associate will be responsible for the preparation of salary payroll for Werfen Iberia companies in accordance with Company's policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities On-boardingParticipate in the coordination of the on-boarding processCommunicate to Social Security and INEM the new employeeMaintenance of the movements of the template in the different databasesAttend queries from employees regarding internal processes, policies and toolsWorking LifeUpdate changes of employee's life in databaseManage accidents, maternity/paternity/illness leaveAdministration tasks related to other employee benefitsControl payroll inputs and outputs monthlyCalculate payrollPrepare and file Social Security and IRPF taxesHelp employees on enquiries about their pay-slips, contracts, absences, etc.Collaboration in case of internal or external auditOthersEmployee's certificatesPrepare information to provide other departmentsNetworking/Key relationships With Managers and employees. We care about all of themWith HR TeamWith HR Corporate Team based in BarcelonaMinimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position: Minimum of 3/5 years of work experience in a HR department; previous knowledge of payroll and benefitsKnowledge of labour legislation and official webs: SISTEMA RED, SILTRA, DELTA, CONTRAT@Knowledge of SAP on user level requiredKnowledge of accountability a plusExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Language fluency: Spanish native, medium level of English is a must, Portuguese a plusSkills & Capabilities: High communication skills, both written and spokenResponsible, self-demanding in the achievement of a good jobProactive and with hands on mentalitySelf-organized, able to deal with heavy workloadConcern for learning and understanding processes and tools, seeking the optimization of resourcesOpen to change, flexible and able to adapt and learn from othersAnalytical capacity to understand the processesProfessional even when performing repetitive tasksRole model in terms of Ethics and Compliance
