SUMMARY: This position will report to the HR Connect Manager in the US, working with the HR Connect team in the US as well as partnering with HR Business Partners (HRPBs) in the EMEA region. The selected candidate will provide regional support to the Qorvo employees in the EMEA region. HR Connect is the company's centralized HR shared services organization that provides our employees and managers with HR transactional and inquiry support on a myriad of HR topics, tools, and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responding to inquiries from employees, managers, HR customers, and external vendorsSupport new employee onboarding activities, including but not limited to gathering candidate data and drafting employment contracts, conducting reference checks, and collecting new hire paperworkSupport global mobility programPerforming core transactional work/data entry to HR systems (including SAP-HR, Employee Central, ServiceNow, Papaya)Payroll support including monthly payroll inputs and transportation receiptsCoordinate with local benefit providers for plan administration and statutory reportingMaintenance of holiday and leave registrationParticipating in creation and maintenance of process documentationCreating verification of employment letters, visa application letters, resignation confirmation letters, contract amendmentsSupporting and participating as a project team member in ongoing implementation and continuous improvement projectsQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred0-2 years of Customer Service or HR experience preferredWork experience in an HR shared services model is a plusMeticulous attention to detailAbility to work independently as a part of a geo-diverse teamEnjoy administrative work, have strong administrative skills and exemplary interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in an interrupt-driven environmentStrong focus on continuous process improvementExcellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills; timely responsiveness is criticalProfessionalism and the ability to maintain confidential informationAdvanced knowledge of MS OfficeDocuSign experience preferredHigh level of work ethic and cultural awarenessMultilingual English/Spanish/French required, other language fluency a plusMAKE A DIFFERENCE AT QORVO
