From collaborating with colleagues on new HR strategies to addressing complex queries, this is an exciting opportunity to help make Amazon a great place to work.
This role can be based out of our corporate office locations - LHR35, LUX12, or BCN15.
Key job responsibilitiesSupport employees and managers on HR matters on performance management, ER and other case managementSupport the implementation of new policies that improve employee experience and the working environmentTake the lead on implementing and progressing HR process improvementsCollect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plans A day in the lifeYou'll be based in one of our corporate office locations in London, Luxembourg, or Barcelona. You'll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth's best employer, from carrying out performance management, manager coaching, and case management.
No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You'll help create a positive atmosphere for your employees and managers and will assist in resolving complex queries.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS A degreeRelevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environmentAdvanced proficiency in verbal and written EnglishRelevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadershipRelevant experience in working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
