HR Operations Specialist (temporary)
This position reports to
Front Office Manager
Your role and responsibilities
As a HR Services Specialist, you will be a member of the Payroll team in the GBS HR Front Office, responsible for delivering HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, you will assist internal customers with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

Processing HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employees
Identifying improvement opportunities and taking charge of process improvement projects
Communicating information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoption
Preparing reports and documents for authorities and checking the quality of output from other HR Services Specialists
Ensuring that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, and providing reports where required

Qualifications for the role

At least 2 years of experience in HR Payroll and Personnel Administration working with ERP systems (META4 PeopleNet is a plus) in the Spanish market
Knowledge of HR & Payroll for Spain under different Collective Agreements (Portugal payroll is a plus)
Practical knowledge in reconciliation of Social Security and annual reconciliation of Income Taxes
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams
A proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can-do" attitude
A deep knowledge in Spanish labor law and payroll is a must. Portuguese labor law background is a plus
At least A2 level of English
Usage of Workday as HR tool is a plus
