Make it your story.This position reports toFront Office ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesAs a HR Services Specialist, you will be a member of the Payroll team in the GBS HR Front Office, responsible for delivering HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees.
Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.Processing HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employeesIdentifying improvement opportunities and taking charge of process improvement projectsCommunicating information about policies and standards to internal customers clearly and concisely to ensure adoptionPreparing reports and documents for authorities and checking the quality of output from other HR Services SpecialistsEnsuring that systems and databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy, and providing reports where requiredQualifications for the roleAt least 2 years of experience in HR Payroll and Personnel Administration working with ERP systems (META4 PeopleNet is a plus) in the Spanish marketKnowledge of HR Payroll for Spain under different Collective Agreements (Portugal payroll is a plus)Practical knowledge in reconciliation of Social Security and annual reconciliation of Income TaxesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office PackageThe ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teamsA proactive way of working to serve customers with a "can-do" attitudeA deep knowledge in Spanish labor law and payroll is a must.
