We're evolving our processes and technology to support Cimpress' rapid growth.Our Team:We are currently looking for a driven and organized People Operations Specialist to join our European People team. The People Operations Specialist provides front-line support to team members for their assigned locations (primarily Spain or Germany), covering all aspects of the team member lifecycle, including responding to inquiries, advising on benefits, managing records, and benefits administration.The role reports directly to the Sr HR Manager, European region.What You Will Do:- Manage team member queries and redirect to other internal teams when required.- Track team members' lifecycle events: HR files, probationary periods, onboarding, leaves of absence, time & attendance, and off-boarding.- Act as a system administrator for our HR Database, ensuring accuracy of team member data.- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including communications and paperwork.- Provide benefits support: administering local programs and vendor invoicing.- Liaise with Payroll: Prepare monthly summaries of changes.- Support the voluntary termination process, including conducting exit interviews.- Stay informed on changes in legislation, policies, or programs affecting team members.- Assist in developing and documenting HR policies and procedures.- Support day-to-day execution of assigned projects.Your Qualifications:- An academic degree with at least one year of Human Resources and/or administrative experience.- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects.- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-minded with the ability to manage a high volume of HR transactions.- Ability to build strong relationships and handle confidential information professionally.- Experience in international organizations and ability to collaborate across cultures.- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with Google Workspace is an advantage.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, or English and German.Nice to Have:- Previous knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or DocuSign.- Knowledge of another European language, especially Czech.Why You'll Love Working Here:Being at Cimpress means you see work as a chance to advance in your career and life
