HR Operations Specialist
Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage personnel matters, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and maintaining accurate employee data. This role involves planning, organizing, and carrying out daily operations related to contracts, onboarding, benefits, and more.

In this role you will: Plan, organize, and carry out the daily operations and procedures of personnel matters (Contracts, Onboarding and Hiring processes, Social Security, benefits, labour certificates, monitoring of hours worked, Hybrid and any other labour agreements). Ensure compliance with legal obligations and complete all necessary forms and declarations. Maintain personnel databases with updated and accurate information. Provide reports as requested by management. Provide information to staff concerning administration and legal matters. Prepare contracts and follow up on expirations and probation periods. Manage the payment of employee benefits. Oversee organizational changes. Verify that all relevant employee data is accurately entered and maintained in IT systems. Oversee the new hires by managing all the end-to-end processes established in the systems. About the ideal candidate: Possesses relevant technical/functional knowledge and experience in their discipline. 3 years of experience in HR Administration. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it relates to their area. Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by reviewing different sources of information. Proficient in both Spanish and English language Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from the manager. Proficiency in Excel. SAP and/or Workday skills are beneficial.
