This role is pivotal in optimising HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering continuous improvement in line with business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to streamline workflows, improve HR systems, and ensure that HR operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with local regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPolicy Development and Implementation Lead the creation, structuring, and implementation of HR policies that align with both local statutory requirements and company culture.Review and update policies annually to ensure compliance with labour laws across different regions, as well as best practice benchmarks.Ensure effective communication and training for the implementation of policies across the organisation.Process Design and Continuous Improvement Develop, refine, and manage HR processes to improve operational efficiency, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.Identify areas for process improvements through data analysis, feedback, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR services, minimise operational risks, and promote scalable HR solutions.Team Leadership and Development Manage and mentor a team of 4 HR professionals, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with department goals.Ensure the team delivers high-quality, consistent HR support to employees and managers, maintaining high levels of service delivery.Encourage a collaborative team environment, focusing on skill-building and performance optimization.HR Systems and Data Management Lead the selection, implementation, and management of HR systems (e.G., HRIS) to ensure that HR data is accurate, secure, and supports business needs.Oversee data integrity and reporting, utilising HR analytics to provide insights for decision-making and process improvements.Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.HR Operations Support Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and record-keeping.Act as a point of escalation for complex operational issues and collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve them efficiently
