Job Description Summary: As part of the Southern Europe HR team, you will support the Senior Leaders of a specific client group, by leading and managing the HR agenda, to further enable the long-term business strategy.
You will also lead, coordinate and execute key HR initiatives, aimed to improve culture, people engagement and business performance.

Roles and Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner for People Leaders and Business Leaders on HR topics, connecting them to the wider business strategy.Provide dedicated guidance and coach to People Leaders and employees with specific focus on: talent acquisition, training, employee relations management, salary planning and rewarding strategies, performance management, career development, talent management, assessment and retention, inclusion and diversity and people engagement.Partner with EMEA HR Business Partners to execute business-specific HR strategies and projects and work with other HR teams at EMEA level (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Operations) to build a local HR strategy.Manage Union Relationships. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.Minimum 5 years as HR professional.Passionate about business.Solid expertise across HR specialty areas (recruiting, HR analytics, rewarding, talent management, performance management, etc.
).Fluent in English and Spanish (Italian is a plus).Strong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvement.Knowledge of Spanish labor laws and government requirements.
