The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.Requirements:- Minimum 4 years of generalist HR experience in a medium-sized organisation- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.- Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and practices.- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.- Provide guidance and coaching to management and employees on HR-related matters.- Handle performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Nice to have:- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).- Experience in a technical/technology/digital agency environment.- Familiarity with the Skills for the Information Age (SFIA) development framework.It'll also be an advantage if you have experience in: Finance experience or knowledge of Trading Knowledge of TradingView Additional informationThis is an Onsite role based in our Malaga office located in Centro.#J-18808-Ljbffr
