We are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of the workforce.
While you will oversee HR operations across the Europe region, there will be a particular focus on managing our team in Spain.Your responsibilities:Manage the hiring pipeline.Guide employees through the onboarding process and training.Ensure the well-being and productivity of the entire team.Organise monthly, quarterly global team-building meetings in Europe.Manage operational tasks (ie: hardware inventory, birthdays, work anniversaries etc.
)Ensure proper employee documentation throughout the company (contracts, forms, etc.
)Manage the termination and exit process of employees.Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.Develop training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities.Coordinate with different payroll consultants in different countries like Spain, Belgium and Netherlands.Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.Ensures all employment practices comply with federal, state and local regulation.Ensure the global team management in coordination with the India HR team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience5+ years' experience in Human ResourcesStrong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategiesDemonstrated expertise training managers and employeesStrong organizational, critical thinking and communications skillsAttention to detail and good judgementWhy Scilife?Join an interwoven collection of talented, motivated, and like-minded individuals that share core values and a common goal of boosting science and improving life.
