Hr Labor Legal Graduate (Temporary)

The Opportunity At Puig's HR Labor Legal department, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Labor Legal Graduate. This contract offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing legal employment advice to the Human Resources departments of our various subsidiaries and divisions, while working in a dynamic, international, and supportive environment.
Graduate position: 1-year contract
What you'll get to do • Assist in drafting policies, employment contracts, agreements and related documents.
• Conduct legal research on labour laws and regulations.
• Support in providing advice on compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations and on employee relations issues.
• Provide assistance in managing day-to-day legal advice to the Spanish market.
• Help manage employment-related disputes.
• Follow-up on legal employment topics.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on legal matters.
We'd love to meet you if you have • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• A strong interest in labour law and human resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French will be considered as a plus.
• Openness to new technologies.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
