This role will manage all HR related topics in France and partly Spain.We are a fun and diverse team with various nationalities and personalities. Our great HR team works hard to make our business feel supported in their daily operations and in their development within G-STAR.Your tasks & responsibilities:Prepare employee documentation in core processes for hiring, terminations, promotions and other contract changes.Manage employee records by initiating processes and handling tasks in our HR systems, Daywize and Quinyx, ensuring that all processes are completed before the payroll deadline.Deliver a complete and accurate overview of the monthly changes to the payroll department.Act as a first point of contact for HR policy and HR system related questions for employees and the managers.Perform other frequently occurring administrative and/or operational HR tasks, such as managing leave balances, preparing employer statements.Participate in HR projects and initiatives, taking into account your personal learning goals and interests.Proactively seek for opportunities to optimize our HR processes and services and to optimize the use of our HR system.Here's what you bring to the table:You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English – and perhaps Spanish?Beyond your various challenging tasks and responsibilities, you're always able to see the bigger picture and give suggestions to make things better.You are a fun and empathic team player, but you are also able to quickly work independently.You are accurate, detail-oriented and organized.
