Develop and implement strategies for recruitment and talent acquisition by networking and building relationships with potential candidates.Plan, oversee, and assess employee training programs.Enhance company visibility and branding by collaborating with key departments such as Human Resources and Learning and Development.Organize and manage recruitment events to boost company recognition.Assess employee performance and work with team leaders to create improvement plans.Identify future hiring needs and develop long-term succession and recruitment strategies.Conduct research and provide advice on compensation and benefits.Monitor and report on employee turnover rates.Create and implement employee retention programs.Develop policies to support internal promotions.Supervise onboarding and team-building activities.Collaborate closely with internal teams and managers across various departments to support all aspects of the hiring process.Understand and address the unique needs of each department.Source and identify the right talent for current and future roles within the organization.Manage all recruitment processes for the company.Ensure compliance with the company's information systems and information security policies.Requirements: Degree3 years of experience in a similar roleA Master's degree in Human Resources is a plusAdvanced English C1If you are interested in this offer, click on "apply now" to send an updated copy of your CV, or call us now.
