Job Description: Mission: Support all HR activities of BFT/Pujol Iberian organization and assist in the integration process with SOMFY.
Responsibilities: Managing payroll process, benefits programs, and employee communications for HR-related topics.
Implementing HR labor policies in compliance with local legislation.
Ensuring data input in HR system (IHRIS) and time and attendance in compliance with local and global policy.
Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Developing and implementing HR policies and reward strategies to ensure decisions and practices are fair, consistent, objective, and in-line with business goals.
Conducting employee onboarding and assisting training & development initiatives.
HR Reporting and data analysis for management review and business decisions.
Qualifications: HR Bachelor Degree or equivalent studies.
Minimum 2 years' experience as HR Generalist.
Spanish native, fluent in English; any other language is a plus.
Familiar with human resources policies, local regulations, and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor practices.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
People & results-oriented, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Able to work in a multicultural and multinational environment with good communication skills.
