The role At Dojo, we're all about keeping the customer at the heart of what we do.

We're looking for a customer-obsessed, results-driven Director of Total Reward.
Based in our London office, and reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will be a core member of the People and wider leadership group across Dojo.
You will be a reward expert and enable our Payroll, Reward, and Benefits.
You will leverage your expertise to craft the vision and strategy for Total Reward as well as oversee payroll, globally.
What you will do… Provide Strategic Direction: Lead the development of reward, recognition, and benefits strategies to ensure best practices and alignment with Dojo's strategic objectives.
Guide Critical Decisions: Act as the cornerstone for our C-Suite, supplying them with crucial data and insights necessary to make informed judgements.
Maintain Our Competitive Edge: Keep Dojo ahead of the game by bringing up-to-date industry knowledge and market trends.
Review and iterate: Ensure Dojo's reward programme is consistent and fair through multiple initiatives.
Educate our People: Develop and deliver effective program education/communication to promote programs that shape employee engagement.
Engage our stakeholders: Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to translate program concepts into implementation.
Keep Dojo Compliant: Ensure compliance with our new markets' local regulatory requirements.
What you will bring... Thoughtful and proactive leadership: Proven experience developing high-performing teams.
In-depth expertise in core reward processes: Including equity, executive remuneration, and incentive schemes.
Exceptional analytical skills: Ability to draw and communicate insights from data.
Excellent organisational skills: To deliver highly complex projects in expedited timeframes.
