The Valls office also collaborates with local universities to support innovation and talent development .Responsibilities:Manage T&A system for several sites (leave of absence and permits management, control audits)Improve T&A system (coordinating HR, IT and the provider).Develop T&A user guides and provide system training.Ensure employee data is properly filled in HRIS (SAP Success Factors).Labour relations support.Local HR support on KPIS, HC and other administrative tasks.Requirements:University degree: Labor Sciences or Labor Relations+ 1 year of professional experience with HR issues, especially in Spanish labor lawExperience in a similar role, preferably in an international, fast-growing and constantly changing environmentExperience working with HR systemsIndependent way of working and result-orientedEnglish at least B1 levelGreat people, communication and multitasking skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
