Hr Generalist

Lear Corporation's administrative office in Valls, Spain, is primarily focused on engineering and innovation within the E-Systems division.
This site serves as a center of excellence for electrification, connectivity, and high-voltage systems, with expertise in power distribution, battery management, and cybersecurity.
It employs approximately 600 professionals, combining engineering and operational – central services roles.
The Valls office also collaborates with local universities to support innovation and talent development.Responsibilities:Manage T&A system for several sites (leave of absence and permits management, control audits).Improve T&A system (coordinating HR, IT, and the provider).Develop T&A user guides and provide system training.Ensure employee data is properly filled in HRIS (SAP Success Factors).Labour relations support.Local HR support on KPIs, HC, and other administrative tasks.Requirements:University degree: Labor Sciences or Labor Relations.+ 1 year of professional experience with HR issues, especially in Spanish labor law.Experience in a similar role, preferably in an international, fast-growing, and constantly changing environment.Experience working with HR systems.Independent way of working and result-oriented.English at least B1 level.Great people, communication, and multitasking skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
