Hr Generalist

Lear Corporation's administrative office in Valls, Spain, is primarily focused on engineering and innovation within the E-Systems division.
This site serves as a center of excellence for electrification, connectivity, and high-voltage systems, with expertise in power distribution, battery management, and cybersecurity.
It employs approximately 600 professionals, combining engineering and operational – central services roles.
The Valls office also collaborates with local universities to support innovation and talent development .
Responsibilities: Manage T&A system for several sites (leave of absence and permits management, control audits) Improve T&A system (coordinating HR, IT and the provider).
Develop T&A user guides and provide system training.
Ensure employee data is properly filled in HRIS (SAP Success Factors).
Labour relations support.
Local HR support on KPIS, HC and other administrative tasks.
Requirements: University degree: Labor Sciences or Labor Relations + 1 year of professional experience with HR issues, especially in Spanish labor law Experience in a similar role, preferably in an international, fast-growing and constantly changing environment Experience working with HR systems Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
Independent way of working and result-oriented English at least B1 level Great people, communication and multitasking skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
