RINA is currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to join its office in Barcelona, Spain within the Global Human Resources Division.
Mission As the HR Generalist, you will be managing a comprehensive range of HR activities, including administration, employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement.
Acting as a central HR contact across multiple countries, you will ensure that RINA's HR policies and practices are effectively implemented to meet both local and organizational standards.
Key Accountabilities Managing data: ensuring accurate maintenance of employee data, approving necessary updates, and processing information efficiently and promptly. Facilitating employee relations: participating in employee relations matters, including disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, while ensuring fairness and compliance. Coordinating onboarding: organizing and conducting new hire onboarding, creating a welcoming and structured start for all new team members. Providing policy guidance: advising on HR policies, ensuring alignment with regional labor laws and company objectives. Overseeing learning & development: managing data within the LMS to support ongoing employee growth and mandatory compliance training. Overseeing talent acquisition: handling recruitment processes, from posting jobs and screening resumes to coordinating interviews, with a focus on engineering and consulting roles. Maintaining organizational structure: updating job descriptions and requirements as needed to reflect organizational needs accurately. Supporting HR communication: assisting with internal and external communication efforts, managing the employee SharePoint site, and promoting a transparent and engaging work culture. Driving employee engagement: supporting employee recognition and engagement programs, boosting morale and fostering a positive workplace environment. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or Economics
Qualifications 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources. Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices. Recruitment experience with engineering, consulting or professional services field strongly preferred. Ability to work in and pull data from an HRIS preferred. Knowledge of relevant HR labor laws and regulatory requirements. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
