THE POSITION WE ARE OFFERINGWe are looking for an excellent HR generalist to support our recruitment processes, employee relations, and regulatory compliance with local employment laws. Your role will include a variety of HR administrative tasks to run and improve the general HR of the company in coordination with the company management.
Main tasks include:Be actively involved in recruitment and managing the whole hiring process; doing first interviews and coordinating with cross-functional departments.Managing onboarding processes delivering an exceptional experience the first days.Handle all HR administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientation, and exit interviews, including data entry in our human resources information system.Be responsible for our HR admin program; handling payroll, registering working contracts, and updating employee fields.Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.Provide a dedicated and effective advisory service to all employees in HR-related matters: i.e. health & happiness, absences, and any other employee-relation matters.Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws. During this period, that includes the implementation of several new policies.Support drafting and implement new procedures and policies (home working, remote working, travel, etc.) for improving and balancing employee experiences, business, and the efficiency of the HR department.Be the main culture ambassador of the company promoting a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement activities.THE CANDIDATES WE ARE SEEKING2 years of experience in a similar role and/or will have completed a degree with a focus on business or HR. A positive attitude and keen to develop and continually improve in a fast-paced and young international environment. We are looking for someone with sensitivity, discretion, and diplomacy, and with a good emphasis on attention to detail. Written and interpersonal communication in Spanish and English, and good knowledge of HR Spanish policies. What do we offer?We offer a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave of approximately 8 months with possibilities to grow within our company and become part of our team afterward. You will be based in our Barcelona office, but we can offer a hybrid position with flexible working hours according to your situation.
