We are looking for an HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist to join our HR Team in Madrid on a Temporary Basis (5 Months Contract) . The HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist will be part of a Project Team based in different countries. We are looking for a HR professional with 2-4 years of experience who values collaboration, knowledge sharing, appreciates transparency, and enjoys working in a diverse international company. How you will make an impact: Support the staffing processes including workforce planning & creation of job profiles. Work with both operational and strategic tasks with a focus on culture, people, and organization. Understand business needs and provide support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes. Proactively support & suggest management on General HR topics. Consultancy firms experience will be valuable. Your background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Between 2-4 years proven experience in HR Projects / HR Business Partner/ Talent Partner preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization. Knowledge of HR principles and practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights. Communication and interpersonal skills.
