.We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our Iberian HR team in Barcelona. Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.Ensure HRIS (Workday) is up-to-date, especially in all aspects that can have an impact on payroll: salaries, variable payments, savings deductions, sick leaves, job title and department/division transfers, etc.Ensure off-boarding activities, prepare calculations and manage the entire exit procedure.Assist with work inspections, audits preparation.Manage and process wage garnishments.Responsible for compliance with LGD general disability law / Equality Plans.Manage hiring process, including new employee registration in Workday and follow-up mobility and immigration processes with relocation partners.Support in Talent Development activities such as language program management, training coordination, etc.Ensure that the HR vendor's invoice management is working properly.
