What makes HR within H&M so exciting? As an Area HR Business Partner, you work close to the core of our business - Our Stores. Your ability to inspire our colleagues with your ideas is crucial to take business-minded decisions, adapt to changes, and implement actions based on your analysis.
No day is like the other, and it is up to you to decide how to create sales growth and improve profitability, always with mindful growth by attracting, recruiting, and developing the best teams. Be a people leader & an action-oriented doer. You will be responsible for the HR strategy within a team generating the best customer experience through the Omni and commercial strategy and putting into practice, more than ever, our business idea: fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way.
We will not be telling you exactly what to do, but some of your main responsibilities will be:
Increasing the customer centricity within your areaDeveloping HR strategies to ensure diverse & inclusive teamsStrategic succession planning to generate a sustainable talent pipelineSecuring an agile attraction and recruitment processPlanning, organizing & adapting trainings for all employees in your own AreaSupporting & coaching store management teams with their employeesAnalyzing staff turnover and illness and acting on itAssuring working conditions according to local law and global H&M policiesSupporting and promoting our values, DNA, and employer branding initiativesQualifications
