.Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert:Retail HR Business Partner - SpainBased in MadridReporting to the HR Manager Iberia, you will act as the HR point of contact for Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Divisional Sales Managers (DSM) and the store population, advising on all aspects of people management, headcount management, legal matters, people performance, and career pathways, as well as managing general HR activities.Working closely with the sales department, the Retail HR Business Partner actively supports discussions on organizational best practices and drives change management projects within the retail space.WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Retail HR Business Partner role focuses largely on three main areas of responsibility:Recruitment, Management & Development:Support Store Managers, alongside RSMs and DSMs, in recruitment for new openings, attrition, and seasonal activities.Advise managers on onboarding activities and assist in establishing effective learning processes for employees.Act as a champion for Pandora's values, ensuring staff are engaged in living these values.Identify employees with high growth potential and support their development.Analyze staffing needs and provide strategic workforce planning.Coach and support in-store staff, RSMs, and DSMs, offering on-the-job learning opportunities in collaboration with the Training team.Administration:Support Payroll & Administration activities, resolving issues related to contracts, administrative tasks, or policies.Act as the first point of contact for store staff.Monitor the correct use of HR systems and ensure compliance with administrative best practices.Communicate company policies effectively to store teams.Track invoices/purchase orders and manage the budget responsibly.Provide analyses, reports, and documentation as required for HR projects.Labour Law Aspects:Manage the disciplinary process in collaboration with Store Managers, RSMs, and DSMs.Oversee contractual aspects related to the retail workforce.Handle legal practices and labor law issues to ensure compliance.Manage relationships with Trade Unions and facilitate negotiations when needed.Ensure compliance with HR standards and labor regulations across the Spanish region.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role within a retail or FMCG organization.Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with international stakeholders.Fluency in Spanish and English (knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus).Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Ideally, experience with SAP SuccessFactors (SIRH).Solid understanding of National Collective Bargaining Agreements, labor laws, and litigation.Exceptional analytical and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.A collaborative mindset with a strong team spirit.Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
