In our HR GAES team, we are currently looking for an HRBP dedicated to field organization population.
Mission of the position:Advise and coach managers in the field to drive workforce performance, providing front line support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
Deliver HR strategy, initiatives, and programs to the field organization.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers in the field.
Key activities/responsibilities:This role is dedicated to support the field organization.Support Managers regarding HR requests and coaching on performance management and other talent issues.Manage and coordinate HR service delivery to ensure risk and compliance and operational excellence.Deploy workforce and talent strategic plans.Answer questions from managers and employees on organization, talent & development matters.Identify specific business needs and propose solutions in partnership with other People Services roles.Deploy processes and services that are required to be executed in line with CoE standards.
For example: local development and training, onboarding, employer branding events, performance and compensation reviews.Facilitate HR communications and reporting leveraging data analytics.Provide feedback on HR policies, processes, and programs to HR Business Partners and CoEs.Partner with associate directors, managers, and employees in the field.Work with REX/Sales. Experience and Key Capabilities required:Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field is often required.HR Experience: Solid prior experience in HRBP roles in multinational companies.Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles, industry dynamics, and organizational goals is crucial for HRBPs to align HR strategies with the overall business strategy.Previous experience in Retail, Consumer Goods company is preferable.Experience in dealing with Sales, Marketing, Commercial teams.Communication and Interpersonal Skills.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR metrics, trends, and organizational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and HRIS software is beneficial.Legal Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and regulations is essential to ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and mitigate risks for the organization.Fluent in English & Spanish.
