HR BUSINESS PARTNER Future Fibres is the market leader in composite rigging products for yachting.
As part of the North Technology Group, we are at the forefront of technology in the performance marine industry.
We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner for our offices in Valencia to support the HR Director in the implementation of the department's strategy and policies.
Responsibilities Provide support to the development and implementation of the company's HR strategy.
Support the General Manager in all HR related matters, managing the selection, recruitment, training and development of employees and future recruits.
Work closely with the management team to establish and execute the staff development plan.
Participate in the analysis, definition, implementation and monitoring of various plans, policies and procedures of the area.
Identify areas for improvement and action plans and develop the necessary initiatives.
Support in the implementation and execution of projects in the different areas of the HR area (climate surveys, performance evaluation, development, diversity, employer branding, among others).
Advice and work directly with department managers to support in the communication and management of specific situations with employees.
Management and response to employee queries.
Requirements Technical skills University education related to Human Resources (Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations).
Around 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience as generalist in HR.
Advanced level of English.
Advanced knowledge of the Office package.
Ability to effectively manipulate Excel spreadsheets.
Experience in industrial and production environments will be valuable.
Personal skills Good knowledge of the Spanish labour legislation.
Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
Be used to working to deadlines.
Tolerate work peaks and pressure.
Ability to organise and analyse.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
Display self-confidence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
