About the Job
Working as HRBP at Vitrolife Group, you will be part of our HR & Sustainability team and report to the HR Director of Genetic Services. You will be based in Valencia (Spain).
The main purpose of this role is to support, guide and advice the business through the provision of full human resources cycle. This role is a generalist role that will drive HR functional excellence providing hands-on and input, insight and advice on people related issues like: process improvement, communication, talent development, comp and benefits strategies, employee relations, organizational development, etc. This role will play an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs & talent initiatives forward, while always ensuring they align with a company's business objectives.
Tasks and responsibilities: Policy and procedure development. Implement and/or develop effective policies, procedures and practices aligned globally and with labour law that will support the strategic growth of the business . For instance onboarding and offboarding procedure, exit interviews, critical HR processes, etc
Communication: develop new channels and tools to communicate effectively. Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues.
Reporting: Prepare, analyze and interpret KPI's and reports to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
Equality plan: activate actions and activities included in the equality plan.
Excellence in HR: find opportunities to optimize HR performance and ways of working, analyse HR function to find the most effective way to deliver. Create a shared source of information where our team members can address to find all the info required. Create HR contents that support our managers to improve their leadership capabilities and knowledge required.
Business Partnering. Business partner for the local and international leadership team and staff, providing HR advice on all issues as they arise with the aim to support the achievement of business goals.
Project management. Participate or lead national/international HR projects or programs such as retention, compensation, benefits and development.
Compensation. Ensure we are competitive to market, consistent and fair in our approach. Review market competitiveness, benefit and reward structures, internal relativity and equity and global guidelines. Support with the implementation of annual salary review and reward programs. Support in the implementation of potential new benefit programs.
Talent Management & Staff Retention. Work closely with the business to ensure appropriate talent planning. Understand the external market regarding talent and HR practices. Contribute to the creation of plans to maintain highly engaged teams.
This position requires: High level of autonomy and self-leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Degree in Psychology, Labour Science and Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field. Master in Human Resources, MBA or similar. Based in Valencia. 8-10 years of demonstrated generalist experience in multinational companies managing various HR functional areas. Knowledge of HR programs and practices. What about you? As a HRBP it is important that you know how to communicate efficiently and clearly and easily create connection and networking across the business.

You need to be independent in your work and see what needs to be done, as well as meeting the needs for the business which requires a high-level skill in prioritizing as well as awareness for quality.
