HR Analyst What you'll do:• Collect and maintain HR data, including employee demographics, performance evaluations, compensation details, and turnover rates.• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies.• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders, including senior management.What is required:• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field• 2-5 years of previous HR Generalist experience, Data Analytics. Knowledge in Dayforce, workforce and TRESS is desired. • Spanish English 70% (Intermediate)What's in it for you:
