Tasks Your responsibilities as an HR Administrator will be: Being a general point of contact for candidates and clients Creating, issuing, and handling contracts Managing invoices and payslips Collaborating with various departments, regarding financial and legal issues Communicating with clients in relation to contracts, onboarding, or other general queries Assisting any issues the candidates may have Requirements Skills, qualifications and interested you need to succeed in this role: You speak a native level of French and English fluently You are based in Barcelona (NIE + SSN) You have relevant experience in Administration and HR You are able to collaborate closely with different departments You have high communication skills You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Nice to have: a bachelor's or Master's degree Benefits What Benefits are in it for you?
