VF Apparel is looking for a HR Administrative to join our team based in Barcelona, Spain, in order to cover a sickness leave.
Let's talk about the role! As HR Administrative, you will be responsible to provide general support to the local HR team regarding the procedures application, implement the department activities, and orient the Retail employees of HR process.
Your main responsibilities will be: Manage Employees System (upload contracts, ss payments, H&S, data protection, grant accesses to concessions, candidate validation, Client till training, temporal contract review, etc.)Working Hours management, update, control.Support Leave of Absence, long term leave, maternity leave.Documents organization.Support events organization.Support trainings: documentation, presentation, etc.Skills for Success The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations.Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR position managing labour documentation.Language skills: Spanish, English.Analytical Skills: MS Office, advanced level.General knowledge of labour relations.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team.Knowledge in Workday and UCAGECI is a plus.VF is a global apparel company connecting people to the lifestyles they cherish through our family of iconic brands.
