Job Description: A day in the life of HPE Financial Services Partner Sales Manager: Role measured on HPEFS Leasing Volume and margin contribution within identified strategic resellers, partner satisfaction and effective management of partner relationship.
Act as HPEFS point of contact with Channel partner for all Financing queries - particularly with partner's key Sales, Marketing and Product management, same with the HPE and HP Partner Business channel team. Develop and implement program strategy which includes integration into HPE / HP and HPEFS sales segment with special attention to driving HPEFS business to the Mid-market and SMB customers. Documented in Joint Business Planning designed and agreed with both Partner Executives and related HPE/HP related owner. Own the HPEFS pipeline / lead generation with assigned Partners. Accountability to have HPEFS Sales resources executing in timely manner on Partner pipeline. Involved in Deal processing and forecasting activities jointly with The Partner Sales teams, and HPE/HP related sales resources. Overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of the HPEFS channel reward programme, ensuring partner satisfaction across all elements of the business transaction lifecycle: Sales, Credit, Documentation/Funding, Partner Incentive. Develop and provide training to partner sales teams. Drive quarterly onsite review meetings to review previous quarter results and to determine next steps for success. Drive regular communication to partner regarding Promotion updates, Tool updates, new Program announcements, etc. Identify, propose and implement additional capabilities within the Channel Partner business model to create increased value add for the reseller in the selling and promoting of HPEFS services. Gather and Provide competitive intelligence to both Partners and HPEFS. You are... Experienced in creating and managing relationship with IT Partner community - 3 to 5 years' experience in IT sales, preferably in IT financing. Experienced at building Business Development strategy with IT Partners. Successful sales experience including multiple, diverse set of selling responsibilities (own and individual sales quota carrying). Viewed as trusted expert in given field by customer; is a mentor of selling strategy, including designing strategy. University or Bachelor's degree preferred. Fluent in English and Swedish.
