HP P3D Polymers Senior Finance Manager Description - This role is to manage end to end financial support for HP 3D Polymers business. This is a very dynamic business with tremendous growth opportunities. This is a unique opportunity where an incumbent will have a chance to work on day to day P&L management as well as support the Product team on future developments and long term strategy. The role serves as a key advisor to senior management, analysing financial results, and providing strategic recommendations. With the global scope, the candidate will support the stakeholders across the world with the support of a team of several analysts.
Responsibilities Manages a team of exempt individual contributorsActs as a key advisor to senior management on the financial and strategical aspects of the businessOwns an end to end P&L and Balance sheet of HP P3D Polymer business unitEnsures accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis to the businessOversees the review and analyses of key controls within the financial process to ensure compliance with relevant legal and accounting requirementsCollaborates with leadership as a strategic partner, influencing the future direction of the respective segment and aligning business and finance strategy to generate sustainable, profitable growthDrives talent management, employee selection, succession planning, performance management, compensation management, employee development and coaching in career development, and operational management.Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.Knowledge & Skills Excellent communication and presentation skillsCustomer centricStrategic ThinkingTeam ManagementFinancial analysis and modellingCorporate FinanceJob - Finance
