Main responsibilities: - Organic Social Media Strategy: - Develop and implement the organic content strategy for Instagram (IG) and TikTok (TT), ensuring alignment with brand objectives and engagement goals.
- Content Calendar Management: - Plan and maintain the content calendar for organic posts on IG and TT, guaranteeing timely scheduling and consistency with campaign priorities.
- Platform KPI Analysis: - Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IG and TT to track growth and optimize content strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Repost Creation: - Collaborate with the external agency to create and publish repost content, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and style guidelines.
- Content Coordination: - Communicate with the art and content teams to provide clear requirements and oversee the timely delivery of creative assets.
- Paid Requests Management: - Manage requests related to paid social campaigns (brand and performance), coordinating with relevant teams to ensure efficient execution.
- Marketing Calendar Collaboration: - Maintain constant communication with the social media team to incorporate new marketing experiences and updates into the social calendar.
