About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Manager position to join our Housekeeping Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Plan, organize and supervise all Housekeeping activities.Ensure the team is trained, motivated, and focused.Set the standards of cleanliness and maintenance of all operations.Maintain the Hotel policies and procedures as agreed by the Management in accordance with The Hotel's business plan.Liaise with Front Office on forecasting VIP arrivals and ensure the smooth flow of communication between the Departments.Conduct periodic inspections throughout the hotel to assess the cleaning standards.Prepare departmental budgets and assist in the preparation of divisional budgets, ensuring that the departmental operational budget adheres to the business plan.About the Benefits: Besides generous F&B benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making it attractive to high performers and any applicant who wishes to associate themselves with one of the most luxurious brands in the hospitality industry.
